What are the shipping costs?

Yes, we offer international shipping for all of our products!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer free shipping worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 working days. Please note that international orders may take slightly longer due to customs processing and other factors.

Are orders sent tracked?

Yes, you will receive an email containing the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Why can't I see any tracking information after receiving my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that it may sometimes take a few hours for the courier to fully process your shipment and for the tracking details to become available via our tracking service. If you do not see any updates immediately, don't worry - your order is on its way, and the tracking information will be updated soon.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Returns

What is the returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, read our refund policy. Please note that we do not offer free returns unless the item is deemed faulty.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@mzurihome.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
