Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping for most of our products. However, some items are only available for shipping within the UK. Each product listing will specify whether it is available for international shipping or UK-only delivery in the section called 'Shipping'
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
Europe
Delivery to the EU typically takes 2-4 working days.

Will I need to pay custom taxes and duties?
For most of our customers, no additional custom taxes or duties will apply:
UK
No customs charges for orders shipped to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Europe
No customs charges for orders shipped to Europe
USA, Canada
No customs charges for orders shipped to the USA and Canada
Rest of the World
For customers outside of these regions, customs fees and duties may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Additionally, please note that delivery to some locations may not be possible. Are orders sent tracked?
Yes, you will receive an email containing the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Why can't I see any tracking information after receiving my tracking number?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that it may sometimes take a few hours for the courier to fully process your shipment and for the tracking details to become available via our tracking service. If you do not see any updates immediately, don't worry - your order is on its way, and the tracking information will be updated soon.
Will the products I receive have supplier branding?
Yes, the items you receive may include branding from our suppliers. We partner with these suppliers to ensure you receive high-quality products directly from the source.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Returns
What is the returns policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, read our refund policy. Please note that we do not offer free returns unless the item is deemed faulty.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@mzurihome.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Do you offer wholesale discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer wholesale discounts on orders over a certain size. If you’re placing a large order for your business, please get in touch first by emailing contact@mzurihome.com We will provide information on the minimum order quantity and wholesale discount.
